If you’re enjoying the benefits of our Premium program and wish to extend your fixed-duration membership or subscription, you can do so easily. Follow the steps outlined below.
Log in to Your Account
First, you’ll need to log in to your account. Visit the CitizenTest website, and click on the ‘Premium Login’ button in the upper right corner of the screen. Enter your email address, then click ‘Continue’. You can also follow this direct link: https://www.citizentest.ca/login/.
Go to Dashboard
After logging in, go to the ‘Billing’ section. You can do this by clicking on your name or username in the upper right corner of the screen, then clicking ‘Dashboard’.
Navigate to the ‘Billing’ Section
Once you’re in the ‘Dashboard’ section, look for the ‘Billing’ menu link.
Extend Access on Your Account
Click the “Extend Access” to view available options.
Choose Extension Period
You may now chose from the available options which normally includes 30-days, 1 Year or Lifetime Access.
