You purchase the Premium access under a personal non-transferrable license. This means you agree not to share or transfer your account to anybody.
If your purchase allows family sharing, you may share your account with immediate family members only by giving them your login information (if you do not need to practice simultaneously) or by getting your family member a separate access.
